Sandbox Clinic provides outpatient rehabilitation services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Therapy. Information on this website is provided for general guidance only and is not medical advice.

This website does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or proceed to the nearest hospital immediately.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Submitting a booking request through this website is a request only and does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, schedule, and any requirements.

Please arrive on time for confirmed sessions. We ask that you notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another patient.

4. Fees and Payments

Session and package prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are indicative; final fees are confirmed by our team and may change. Where applicable, accredited HMO benefits may be applied subject to your provider's approval.

Any payment figures shown in our systems are for tracking and record-keeping. Payments are settled at the clinic; this website does not process online payments.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking and to keep your contact details up to date. You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information to your therapist so we can provide safe and appropriate care.
